Being an instructor/physioterapist and active in endurance sports (triathlon, ultra runs) I can say that I have a pretty active lifestyle. At the same time (for about 3 years), I haven´t been eating meat and prefer more and more plant-based foods. For that reason my hemoglobin level has been low (120-125 g/L).
At some point I noticed Nôgel´s product in my friend´s Instagram account and thought about trying it. I liked that the ingredients list was clear and the product was made in Estonia. In addition, I liked that one jar = one new tree planted in Estonia. I usually took the food supplement after light breakfast and ensured that there was food containing plenty of vitamin C during meals (although Nôgel already includes vitamin C). In addition, I avoided drinking coffee 1.5-2 hours after taking the supplement.
After completing half of the recommended treatment, I decided to check my hemoglobin level. I hoped that it would be around 127-130 g/L, which has been the maximum level for me during the last few years. The result exceeded my expectations…my hemoglobin level was 142 g/L. To be honest, I don´t remember when was the last time my hemoglobin level had been so high.
At this point, I have used one jar and will take a small break in order not to get my body used to extra iron. At some point, I will definitely do another round of Nôgel as it really did work!
