FOLATE AND PREGNANCY
Folate, i.e. vitamin B9, is a very important vitamin for women planning pregnancy and already pregnant. Folate supplementation increases pregnant woman´s folate level. Mother´s low folate level is a risk factor of neural tube defect for the developing baby. A beneficial affect is obtained with daily folate supplementation of 400 μg at least one month before and up to 3 months after getting pregnant.

Ingredients: Chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris) powder, Acerola cherry (Malpighia emarginata) powder  , glazing agent carnauba wax, folate as glucosamine salt of ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, Quatrefolic®)

grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilizers

Daily dose 1 tablet includes 400 μg* of vitamin B9 as folate
*200% daily reference intake for adults

1 tablet daily with fluid. Tablet can also be divided by dividing line. Do not exceed the stated recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
