USAGE

With liquid, preferably on an empty stomach, with a light meal if necessary. Avoid foods rich in calcium at the same time (dairy, calcium fortified vegan products). Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Do not use the supplement as a substitute for a varied diet! It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and practice a healthy lifestyle. Iron is suitable from 6 months. You can crush the tablet for infants and small children and mix it with e.g. smoothie (without dairy and added calcium) or use Iron syrup for children.
