DAILY DOSE

1 measuring spoon 4 ml daily with food or on an empty stomach. It is recommended to divide the daily dose into 2 parts, 2 ml x 2.  Powder can be mixed with liquid. Due to its high pH, ​​magnesium has a distinctive taste. To neutralize the taste, we recommend mixing 2 ml of powder with juice, e.g. apple juice.
