USE

For the first times 8 sprays daily to different body area. If needed, increase the amount to 30 sprays daily. 8 sprays (1 ml) includes 105 mg of magnesium. Spray on skin and rub. Let it work for 10 minutes and if needed, wash off. You do not need to wash off the product. During the first use you may feel some tingling that is normal. Great to use after shower and before going to bed. For post-workout use, spray on the needed muscle area. Do not use on freshly shaved skin.

USEFUL TIP

In case of sensitive skin, dilute the oil with water or use on damp skin.
