INSTRUCTIONS

2 capsules daily with food or on an empty stomach. Calcium is best absorbed when single dose is less than 500 mg. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. If needed, increase the daily dose.
