Source of silica, calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium. High content of fibre and protein.
Ingredients: Ground and dried nettle powder (Estonia, Urtica dioica)

5 ML, i.e. 2 TSP. (1,67 G) of nettle powder includes:
0,19 MG OF IRON (1,36%*), 50 MG OF CALCIUM (6%*), 11 MG OF MAGNESIUM (2,9%*), 33 MG OF POTASSIUM (1,65%*) AND 17 MG OF SILICA
(85%*). VITAMIN K1 CONTRIBUTES TO BLOOD CLOTTING. 1 TSP., i.e. 2,5 ML OF NETTLE POWDER INCLUDES 28 μg OF VITAMIN K1 (37%*).

USE: 1-2 teespoons (2,5-5 ml) daily.
