WHY VITAMIN C? Vitamin C is one of the most favourite vitamins for dermatologists and for a reason! Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, which reduces the impact of free radicals causing oxidative stress that our skin faces every day such as pollution. These free radicals damage our skin and cause premature aging. Vitamin C is mainly used in skin care to clarify and even skin tone, reduce pigmentation, as an anti-age ingredient and to reduce imperfections (pimples). We use Ecocert certified vitamin C stabilized form, ascorbyl glucoside, which is much gentler to your skin compared to other L-ascorbic acid forms. Ascorbyl glucoside is the best performing vitamin C form in clinical studies that has all three properties common to vitamin C. It is a powerful antioxidant that protects the skin from free radicals. It helps to increase collagen production and decrease in pigmentation. In-vitro studies have found that ascorbyl glucoside is absorbed via skin and changes to pure vitamin C – the good properties come from here! VITAMIN C Product´s content of derivative of vitamin C is 15% that gives the product its powerful properties.
Vitamin C serum is suitable for all skin types for young and mature skin for daily use. The serum is ideal for 25+ skin care and for skin with imperfections. The product is oil-free and does not clog pores. Apply a thin layer of product (press pump 1-2 times) to face and cleavage in the mornings and evenings after cleaning your face. As the serum includes hyaluronic acid, we recommend patting some water gently to your face after using the serum to get the maximum effect! Use vitamin C moisturizing day and night cream after serum for best results. The serum includes also sugar molecules and right after applying the serum you may feel that your skin is a bit sticky – this is normal and goes away once the serum has been fully absorbed usually in less than a minute. You can use the serum in everyday skin care or as courses. Vitamin C serums are especially popular after summer when there are signs of pigmentation and changes in skin tone caused by sun´s UV. Use sun protection when spending time in the sun. Vitamin C collection includes also vitamin C moisturizing day, eye and night cream with Estonian nettle extract – all clinically and dermatologically tested and developed in cooperation with Tallinn University. Store the bottle in an upright position. If the bottle has been on its side during travel, wait 5 minutes before using the cream. The airless bottle works optimally when stored upright.

A really long-waited product. I also try to avoid oils because of pimples and such water-based products are really nice. It looks like a lot of work has been put into the product. Very seldom you can see such thought-out and tested products. 🙂 Nice pleasant scent, I am not a big fan of essential oils. People like different scents so good that the product is unscented. Moisturizes really well, some time after the serum has been used the skin is really soft. Perhaps I should try using it without cream as it seems that the serum is already very efficient. First bottle in use, hopefully fresh signs of pimples will be reduced. But definitely a really nice product and a positive surprise! Thank you!

I am really satisfied with this serum! Results could be seen practically straight away. In the morning my skin was toned. I use it once per day in the evenings. My skin type is combination skin. The serum is absorbed straight away, and does not leave an unpleasant feeling on the skin. I have used only the serum, with creme and also with dry self-tan oil.

I have used the serum for 3 weeks. I have very dry skin, which is sensitive to the environment. Dry spots come to my face after harsch cold.
After applying the serum, the first thing I noticed was the pleasant scent. I feel the tonising effect on the skin straight after applying. You need to get used to it as the same feeling comes when I wash my dry face. But my skin has a nice bright look now. First it was unusual how I should use it as the consistency is watery, but I got used to it quite quickly. The effect was seen quickly. I am 51 and my skin is not even anymore so this serum evened my skin tone really well – pigmentation spots got brighter and red spots in my face disappeared. It also made my skin very soft.

I have used the serum in the evenings and I noticed the positive effect already in the first morning, my skin was brighter and more even. In the beginning the slight sticky feeling after applying was a bit disturbing but this went away after a short time. I have combination skin and this serum has not caused pimples.
In addition I like that this serum contains the more stable vitamin C derivative (there are vitamin C serums that may not even give you any effect as they use unstable vitamin C derivatives that inactivate with light and air). I like that the bottle is airless and also protected from light.
Just ordered some more and will also give it to my mother as a present, who has not yet tried it because of the price.

At first the consistency was a bit unusual. It was so watery and I definitely had to spray it on the palm of my hand. I use it in the morning as the only moisturizer, after serum I don’t use any cream. After the serum I apply some water on my skin and the skin is left pleasant and soft. 🙂

The first bottle ended. The effect of the serum appeared during the first weeks, my skin tone changed to more bright and even. It also seems that my pores have been reduced. I used it together with cream, otherwise it felt like my skin was a bit torn. The watery consistency is a bit annoying as it makes applying the product a bit difficult. With the first bottle I didn’t get used to it so I wouldn´t drop any serum. As you cannot see how much serum is left, it was a bit of a surprise when it ended. Will definitely buy a new one. Interested to see how it works with my pigmentation spots that I get during the summer.

Vitamin C is ascorbic ACID. Just like other acids, this increases the rate of skin processes and pimples can occurs after the first uses. The same effect you see with acid exfoliation. This is normal and when first pimples are gone, usually second ones do not appear and skin is pure and nice with normal use of vitamin C.

Undeniably my number one Vitamin C serum. Out of all the ones I’ve tried (at least ten), this is the best. It doesn’t sting, and my skin doesn’t flush red after use. I like that it’s a water-based product containing no oils. It has a really pleasant scent. I usually use it in treatment cycles: after a long break, the first few applications sometimes cause a few tiny red pimples to pop up, but they disappear, and afterwards, my skin stays very clear. I experience the same effect after acid peels—a few pimples always appear by the next day—but apparently, that’s normal with acids (they accelerate skin processes, bringing underlying issues to the surface).
A really lovely serum that I’ll keep using in my skincare routine.

The previous formulation suited my skin much better, and I didn’t have any issues using the product, as I’m accustomed to liquid skincare. It left my skin radiant and firm. It was slightly sticky, but only for about 20 minutes.
With the new texture, a strange film remains on my face, causing skin issues. The layer washes off in the morning. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work like it used to; it actually makes my skin condition worse and feels uncomfortable.

I started using the serum; I hadn’t bought one before. I can’t say anything about its effectiveness yet, but the spray mechanism is *very* inconvenient. Instead of dispensing just a few drops, it sprays forcefully into the distance—good luck trying to catch it with your other hand. Also, the high pressure causes it to splatter everywhere. Please rethink the packaging; otherwise, it’s simply awkward to use.

You don´t need a lot of serum to cover the whole face. One pump is totally enough. As vitamin C we use, ascorbyl glucoside, includes also sugar molecules, there can be a light sticky feeling, but very light, only for 20-30 seconds. It goes away very fast.

Vitamin C is acid. Like other acids in larger concentration, it fastens the skin processes. Like also after chemical peel where strong acids are used, very often some people get pimples, which is a natural reaction of the skin. This is usually (not so often) only in the very beginning when serum with higher acid concentration is taken into u se.

Vitamin C serum, like acid peeling, can cause pimples when first used. Acid peeling is actually very beneficial for problematic skin, but you can find pimples on your face a few days after acid peeling. Vitamin C is also an acid – ascorbic acid. You need to give the serum some time and you shouldn’t stop using it after the first pimples appear 🙂 Both acid peeling and vitamin C are super good for the skin, but you have to wait to see the results.
Nogel –
1-2 pumps of serum are enough for the face. If there is a slight stickiness, it will disappear within a few minutes when the serum is completely absorbed. After the serum, you can also use a day or night cream.
The form of vitamin C, ascorbyl glucoside, that we use, is connected to glucose, or a sugar molecule. A slight stickiness is normal, because the concentration of the form of vitamin C in the product is high, 15%. After applying the serum, you can dab a little water on the skin, this will also reduce the stickiness. If you use the product moderately, 1- max 2 pumps, on the face, then the stickiness is minimal and very short-lived 🙂
